Processing Time:
All orders are processed after payment is received. Processing times vary depending on the item and whether it is in stock or made to order.
In-stock items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days
Preorders or made-to-order items: Typically ship within 7-14 business days
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by

- Customs processing (for international orders)
International Shipping:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
