Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, holidays, customs, or carrier delays.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. Because our kits are custom-made, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to help make things right. Small variations in color or materials can occur and are a normal part of the diamond painting process.
